The Outlook of“Problem Situation for Innovation during Growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

Problem situation is a kind of mental feeling of looking familiar but less understood when consumers are faced with new products and new services. Such a feeling leads consumers to further recognition and excites their desires to learn and purchase. Taking the establishment of prob lem situation as the basic concept of development and innovation complies with circumstances of small and me dium-sized enterprises (SMEs) still growing. When out look of problem situation is introduced to guide SMEs during innovation activities,we must give prominence to the three major features of new products in the market, namely moderate novelty,competition diversity and dy namic estabhshment of problem situation. To reduce in novation risks and enhance the development effect of in novations when outlook of problem situation is applied, we need to,both strategically and tactically,pay close attention to the consistency of specialized development,independence of innovative development,practicality of innovation,radiating effect of demonstration consumers,etc.
