Literature Study on Korean National Innovation System Policies
This study is conducted based on typical literature of Korean scholars in innovation management fields,on their investigation of Korean policies regarding to National Innovation System The success of economics in Korea to the effect of well-defined science,technology and innovation policies in the past 30 years has been discussed in numbers of Korean research works. At the turning point from catching-up to the thirdgeneration innovation process,Korean policies toward more dynamic innovation system emphasize integration,coherence,effi ciency and productivity,which might be used as impor tant reference to China s current innovation nation policy framework. The experiences from the practices of national innovation system policies in Korea might serve as valuable lessons to both academic scholars and policy practitioners in China.
