The Analysis of the Evaluation System on Enterprises’Independent Innovation Capacities and the Hindrance Factor: An Empirical Research Based on Zhejiang Province
In this paper,11 prefecture-level urban enterprises in Zhejiang Province are analyzed and ranked for their capacity of independent innovation with referencing aspects of potential technological innovation resources,technological innovation practices,technological innovation on production capacity,and the possible environment for technological innovation. The analysis is based on the data provided by the 2007 Statistical Yearbook of Tech nology of Zhejiang Province,and theevaluation system of cooperate capacity of independent innovation,issued by Chinese economic boom Monitoring Center of the Na tional Bureau of Statistics. In addition,the paper also used hindrance factor analysis to find the key factors that affect the capacity of independent innovation in enterpri ses. The paper also proposed policy recommendations corresponding with the research findings.
