Properties and Evolution Mechanisms of Regional Innovation System: From a Perspective of Complex Adaptive Systems Theory

摘要：

Regional innovation system is a muhi-componential,dy namic,competitive,coordinative and open complex adap tive system.Complex adaptive systems theory offers a new perspective to recognize understand and promote the development of regional innovation system.Based on complex adaptive systems theory,the paper analyzes ag gregation,flows,non-linearity and diversity which are specific properties of regional innovation system,and microscopic mechanisms of evolution tagging,internal models and building blocks,and macroscopic evolution driving mechanism of the regional innovation system.
