International Comparison and Learning from: On Financial Supporting System of SMEs Technology Innovation

摘要：

Small and medium-sized enterprise(SME) is an impor tant part of the national innovation system as the technological innovation new force. The SMEs technological innovation relies on financial supporting. The paper shows primary coverage of financial supporting system of SMEs technology innovation in developed countries. Based on the comparison study,it gives some suggestions for financial supporting system of SMEs technology innovation in China.
