Student Loan,the Accumulation of Human Capital and Technological Innovation
Technological innovation needs devotion of human cap ital,while human capital mainly originates from formal education and after-graduate training. With the development of market economy,formal education and aftergraduate training need some payments,which lead to a situation where some poor students can not go through their educations and after-graduate training successfully. It affects the accumulation of human capital in some degree,in the long run,restricts the development of technological innovation. This paper has a theoretical analysis to the relationship among student loan,the accumulation of human capital and technological innovation. It reaches a conclusion that student loan,through stimula ting the accumulation of human capital,has an impelling effect on technological innovation. Finally,it provides suggestions to how to construct the support system of student loan which impels technological innovation.
