The Open Innovation on Chinese Electronic Information Industry in the Area of Shenzhen

摘要：

The paper studies development and evolution of electron ics and information technologies in the region of Shenz hen in recent 20 years. The electronics and information industry,developed on the basis of open innovation, gradually makes Shenzhen a global center of production, manufacture,logistics,R&D of electronic and informa tion product& In this process,electronics and information industry in the region of Shenzhen has experienced a great change from technical introduction,cooperation, imitation to innovative which is a model of open innova tion without borders between enterprises. The paper sum marizes experiences of electronics and information tech nologies on open innovation,studies the problems exist ing in Shenzhen’s electronics and information industry in the context of independent innovation emphasized by Chinese government and discusses the trend of govern ment policies on open innovation.
