Market-orientation of the Technical Innovation of Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprises
By introducing organizational learning as an intervening variable,this essay builds a theoretical model of marketorientation——organizational learning——technical innovation,reveals that the market-orientation of small and medium sized private enterprises(SMPEs) affects organiza tional learning,which then affects the awareness,speed and capacity of technical innovation. Moreover,this essay analyzes how the market-orientation of the SMPE achieves technical innovation,and provides guidelines based on the status quo of technical innovation and market-orientation of the SMPE.
