The Risk Evasion of the Virtual Enterprise Technology-innovation
Due to the complexity of the innovation and the diversity of cooperation deadlines and goals of virtual enterprises, the technology-innovation of a virtual enterprise is faced with huge risk. In this paper,a model of technologyinnovation risk recognition has been created by choosing two most influential factors,named technologyinnovation ability and trust level among member-enterprises,as the two dimensions of the matrix. On the basis of this model, the risk control mechanism of virtual enterprise technolo gy-innovation has been analyzed and risk control and evasion strategies of a virtual enterprise have been pro-posed.
