The Selection Research of Vehicle Manufacturing FirmsStrategic Suppliers on Technological Innovation Ability

摘要：

In order to reduce enterprise’s production cost and the operational risk,vehicle manufacturing firms give auto mobile spare parts outsourcing suppliers; So the selection of strategic supplier on technological innovation ability is its key link. Firstly,the paper determines selection tar gets of vehicle Manufacturing firms’strategic suppliers on technological innovation ability,and then the struc ture of index system and the weights of both criterion and indices are determined by means of principal com ponent analysis. Then,the rank of its major industry ca pacity is got. Finally designates the technological innova tion ability strongest strategic supplier; The method pro posed in the article may choose the strategic supplier for vehicle manufacturing firms to provide the important reference.
