The Innovation of Financial Management in Chinese Private Enterprises
The Chinese private enterprises play an important role in the economic development of China. Unfortunately their average life span is only 2. 9 years due to the bad financial management. There exist many problems in financial management such as inadequate financial management systems,overlooking the management of current capital, unscientific decisions in investments and so on. Then some innovative measures are put forward such as chan ging the philosophies of financial management,strengthe ning the cash control in routine activities,restructuring the models of financial management and perfecting the financial governing structures,and reform of methods and means of financial management etc.
