Technological Innovation and Industrial Structure Upgrading

摘要：

Since the mid-80s of 20th century,a new trend has e merged that industrial structure evolves to higher grade. This paper analyzes the interaction between tech nical innovation and high grade trend of industrial structure,puts forward some measures for speeding up the technological innovation to promote industrial structure upgrading.
