Analysis of Obstacles to Technology Innovations of SMEs in Henan Province and Countermeasures Research
This paper argues that technology innovation of SMEs in Henan province is characterized by lack of capital and shortage of talent and unitary in innovation mod el. Through analyzing,we think that the SMEs in Henan Province should increase investment in technological in novation and the government should continue the finan cial support and credit guarantee,and form the science and technology branch of bank to expand the financing channel for SMEs. In terms of talent cultivation,the SMEs should improve the incentive mechanism and uni versities should adjust the training methods for qualified people. In the aspect of technology,the SMEs should develop a variety of innovation models and insist on technology innovation sustainable development.
