The Impact of Knowledge Transfer in Industry Clusters on Innovation and the moderating of Organizational Capabilities

摘要：

Based on the literatures of knowledge management theory and capability-based view on entcrpeise innovation in in dustry clusters,the paper extends the research by in tegrating the influence of knowledge transfer and organi zational capabilities into the framework of study on inno vation. A theoretical concept model has been established to explain the impact of knowledge transfer in industry clusters on innovation. It is analyzed that there have been inherent relationships between the tacit knowledge transfer in clusters and firm’s exploratory innovation as well as the explict knowledge transfer and firm’s exploit ative innovation.And the organizational capabilities moderated these relationships.
