Summary of Literatures on FDI,Technology Transfer and IP

摘要：

TRIPS concluded on Uruguay set the minimum standard of intellectual property protection for members of WTO. And IP has increasingly attracted much more at tention. IP’s effects on economy,especially on FDI and transfer of technology are seriously considered by all the national countries. This paper makes efforts to summarize the literatures in this field and tries to find some useful ideas for our policy-makers in promoting technology transfer and inflow of FDL.
