Analysis of IP-backed Securitization Risk

摘要：

In order to control risks effectively in IP-backed( intellectual property-backed) securitization,the article analyses the 13 risks in three views based on the analysis of IP-backed securitization: the inherent attributes of IP, dealing processes and laws. By analyzing risk sources or manifestation,the writer thinks that it’s necessary to build a risk prevention mechanism and alternate the em phasis in prevention. The paper may give basis to the risk prevention and evaluation of IP-backed securitization.
