The Digital Publishing Business Model under the Environment of Cross-media

Cross-media is a digital publishing management strate gy. According to the consumption patterns and reading habits,the paper analyzed the characteristic of digital publishing under the environment of cross-media,inclu ding the product,consumption,industry and business rules. The intention of doing this is to construct a differ ent business model of digital publishing. It will be important both for China’s publishing industry changing from traditional to digital and for China’s sustainable development of publishing industry.
