Empirical Study on the Obstacles and Countermeasures to Develop Zhejiang R&D Industry

摘要：

Zhejiang traditional industry,which is based on the inputs of nature resource,energy and HR cost,is confront ed with a lot of difficulties. Therefore,Zhejiang R&D industry need to be developed to realize economy mode transformation and industry upgrade. This paper analyzes the obstacles and their causes with positive research approach and put forward countermeasures to promote the development of Zhejiang R&D industry.
