New Style of KM in University
This paper summarizes the concept of knowledge man agement,analyzes why we should research in university, and what is knowledge management (KM),and probes the new style of KM in university. KM is a specific man agement to knowledge assets of the organization,so that the value of knowledge can be maximized. Knowledge Management thus should be considered as a new model of management for the development of the society. The core of university knowledge management is the effective knowledge integration,innovations and applications, thereby the KM made the University take more effective to researching,teaching,learning and taking more aca demic-based social services,and playing a greater role to adapt to the rapid development society.
