The Knowledgezation of Chinese Rural Scientific and Technical Workers
In this era of modernization,the fundamental knowledge of Chinese rural scientific and technical(S&T) workers can’t meet the rapid development of Chinese Rural S&T System. This paper concludes the present situation of the knowledgezation of Chinese rural S&T workers,that is in low level of knowledgezation,finds few approaches to knowledge absorption and the agricultural vocational schools have seldom effects on the improvement of edu cation quality of rural S&T workers. Based on the com parison between China and oversea countries,the paper raises four suggestions to promote the knowledge of Chi nese ranal S&T workers: (1)enhance the manpower cap ital investment of Chinese agrieuhural research and pop ularization personnel; (2) strengthen the education and training system of Chinese peasantries and develop rural human resources; (3) accelerate the cultivation of Chi nese rum S&T Reserve Forces to face the shock of ur banization; (4)construct the modernized agricultural S&T innovation system though “learning by doing.
