Entrepreneurs Information Resources: Formation and Effect on Opportunity identification

摘要：

Given the significant role that the information resources for entrepreneurs plays in the process of entrepreneurial activities,especially opportunity dentification,The paper proposes an integrative framework characterizes information resources formation and its effects on that course of opportunities discovery and evaluation deeply. Our re search result indicates that information resources for en trepreneurs is composed by human resources and social network resources,and also affect the process of opportu nity identification via enhancing entrepreneur’s alertness of discovery and reducing the level of perceived risks.
