The Influence of Firm Knowledge Based on the Organizational Forms of Technological Entrepreneurship: An Empirical Study on China’s Technological Entrepreneurship Firms

摘要：

The paper analyzes the impacts of firm knowledge base on organizational form choice,specifically,the breadth,depth and concentration of firm knowledge base on integration of technological entrepreneurship. The results through the empirical tests of 153 technology- based firms indicate that the depth of firm knowledge base neg atively influences the integration of R&D and production of technological entrepreneuship,and the concentration of firm knowledge base positively influence the integra tion of R&D and production of technological entrepre neurship.
