The Value Creation System of Intellectual Property to Firm Based on the Hyper Cycle Theory

摘要：

IP value is becoming one of the more and more important sources of value to firm,becasuse the roles of IP are higher enhanced in strategy of each enterprise in the age of knowledge economy. Therefore,in order to prompting IP value creation,We construct the IP value creation system based on the Hyper Cycle Theory. In this system, there have three elements including IP operation,IP re sources and IP management The process of IP value op eration consists of four modules including IP value form ing,IP value estimate,IP value realization and IP value distribution. IP resources are the basis of IP value creation,and IP management ensures it.
