Exploration on Cost of Organizational Learning

摘要：

The cost of organizational learning is an important issue in the knowledge management and organizational learn ing,The main factors affecting learning cost are knowl edge parent,knowledge forms and knowledge transaction cost etc. The high learning cost of core knowledge is the economic foundation of its uniqueness and value. With the notion of organizational learning cost,a lot of theoret ic problems,for example,the path-dependence of organi zational learning,the cause of knowledge transformation, the source of core competence,strategic choice of enter prises,and the capital property of knowledge and the e conomic reason of management progress,and so on, might attain a logical and consistent interpretation.
