The Knowledge-creating in Network Organization
Cooperation among members in network organization is a key method for enterprises to get resources and knowl edge for their development. Many papers on network or ganization pay much attention on profit,organization model and technology activity in network organiza tion. However competition focus has now transferred from market competition and technology competition forward to knowledge-creating competition. Based on genetic al gorithm,this paper studied the mechanism of knowledge creating in network organization and then gave two true cases as examples to illustrate how to create knowledge.
