An Analysis of Technology Advance in Henan Province Based on the Super-efficient DEA
Based on the analysis of the level of scientific and technological progress in recent years in Henan province and ranking in all regions of the nation,this article evaluates the effectiveness of science and technology activities of the large and medium-sized businesses,which may be on behalf of the level of scientific and technological pro gress in Henan Province using the Super-efficient DEA, and obtains the relevant results. With the analysis,we found that the biggest barrier of scientific and technolog ical progress in Henan Province is less fund and man power invest,the defect of science and technology innovation system and so on. In view of the problems existing in the progress,we have a discussion and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
