Relationship between Regional S&T Inputs and Economic Development: Based on Zhejiang Province Evidence
The mutual influences between innovative activities and economic development could be found in a region. Based on Zhejiang provincial statistic data,this paper analyzes time delayed between regional S&T inputs and economic development and factors affecting on the time delay. Because of time lag that technological innovative activity acts on economic development,the principles and criteria of innovative resource collocation are suggested for local public innovative input policies.
