The Top Management Team Structure and Strategic Changes in the Transition Economy: A Theoretical Framework Functions
In the period of transition economy,enterprises,facing more and fiercer competition,need continual change strategy adjusted to the environment in dynamic environ ment. This paper analyzes top management team in tran sition economy and probe into the relationship between top management team and enterprise strategic change. The study is to build a theoretical framework that top management team structure ( heterogeneity/hom ogeneity),enterprise performance and ownership struc ture determines the enterprise strategic change.
