The Management Mode of Disruptive Technology Innovation Project

摘要：

This paper analyzed in detail on the traditional monistic organizational mode and the ambidextrous organizational mode of disruptive innovation project. The analysis showed that,as the former one,the ambidextrous organi zational mode still has the monism in resource acquisi tion,capability availability,motivate mechanism and e valuation indicators. And it remains some limitations in the disruptive innovation project. The author proposed the improved ambidextrous organizational mode,and build management mode of disruptive innovation based on project manager system. This mode has the ambidex terity in organizational structure,organizational culture, resource acquisition,technical capability availability, marketing ability availability,as well as evaluation standard,etc. So this mode compensates for the weakness of the traditional monistic management mode.
