The Building of Enterprise Human Resource Management Information System
Nowadays,HRM plays a more and more important role in the realization of the strategic aims,and how to improve HRM is a problem that both the enterprise decision maker and HRM department are concerning about a lot. For HRMIS is able to raise the efficiency of HRM,to improve management and supply information support for decision-making,it is welcomed by enterprises. This the sis analyzes the application of Human Resource Manage ment Information System (HRMIS) in enterprises,in or der to facilitate a more comprehensive understanding of this system,to promote striding development of HRM.
