The Multilevel Gray Incidence Model for Construction Project Risk
The construction is very important industry to develop ment and economy accumulation,being the key way to carry out change from fixed asset investment to new pro ductivity and use value,so it is necessary to reduce risk, in order to ensure construction project success. In the paper,the multilevel gray incidence evaluation model is prposed to evaluate the construction project risk. Through the case analysis,a reliable quantitative conclusion can be got,which is used to choose the con struction project based on the degree of risk. The multi level gray incidence evaluation model applied to evaluate construction project risk enrich the construction project risk management theory and method,and it not only can be use to evaluate the risk,but also can be used to dis tinguish the risk degree of every risk factor.
