Integrating TPM and Six Sigma Methodologies for Manufacturing Business

摘要：

Fully realizing the synergy between Total Productive Ma intenance (TPM) and Six Sigma requires a holistic and integrated approach to deployment. This paper will ad dress how the Six Sigma methodology and TPM concepts can be used together to achieve breakthrough results in manufacturing business. Ensuring alignment between projects and business objectives,a key to the success of any TPM-Six Sigma program,will be discussed along with technical aspects to the methodology.
