The Sustainable Development and the Biggest Shareholdings of the Corporation
The sustainable development of the enterprise is very important,but there is some kind of interest by the biggest shareholdings that illegally occupied(expropriation) in the factory. Some related cases had taken place in China in the stage of 1997～2007. The empirical evidence results indicate that the expropriation of extra interest from the primary power is negatively related to the income per share. The policy meaning of this research lies in: govern ment leadership should be in the limelight,and so on.
