The Small Tourism Enterprises’Survival and Development Strategies
Small tourism enterprises in tourism destination play an important role in activating tourism market,meeting di versified demand,solving the employment of vulnerable groups,promoting cultural exchanges at home and abroad and so on. However,for a long time,they were constrain ed by the adverse outside environment and all kinds of inner defects. Small tourism enterprises’survival and development are facing with enormous obstacles. Some of these enterprises are just like“flash in the pan. The av erage life cycle is short and such characteristic is partic ularly obvious in the performance of new small tourism businesses. This paper conducts a typical survey on sur vival and development status of small tourism enterprises in Tunxi of Huangshan city and tries to find out the fac tors that affect the sustainable development of these small tourism enterprises. Based on this survey and anal ysis,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve these small tourism enterprises’survival and development.
