The Relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Firm’s Performance

摘要：

More and more corporate begin to adopt the entrepre neurial orientation strategy in the complicated uncertainty environment. In the suwanary of the impact of entrepreneuriai orientation company in the guidance influencing factor foundation,this study combined with entre preneurial orientation companies with the level and di mension-driven,investigate entrepreneurial orientation, the environment and the dynamic nature of the relation ship between entrepreneurs,explore how it affects the performance of entrepreneurial orientation in this complex dynamic process,in order to more effectively improve organizational performance.
