The Research about Emergency Material Requirement Forecast Based on CBR
The forecast of the demand analysis of emergency mate rial is the premise and basis of mobilization decisionmaking of it,which is also the key point of the study on the national economic at present. This paper puts forward predictive method of emergency material requirement based on case-based reasoning(CBR),and works out fuzzy reasoning model of case and reasoning proce dure. The method above is adopted to describe the situa tion and deal with the information from the emergency, which can help to get the result of emergency material requirement. The forecast result includes the quantity re quirement,quality requirement and structure requirement of material,which conquers the subjectivity and blind ness of the judgment depending only on the experience and innovate the forecast method of the demand analysis of emergency material.
