The Weight Adjustment of Position Evaluation Factors Based on Internal Fairness
This paper provides a position evaluation method for full company,and discusses tactics of adjusting the weights of influencing factors. By consistent and impartial inter national way,the purpose is to determine the relative se quence among all the posts based on the contribution of the post for the company.
