Evaluation Study on Developing Biomass Energy Source in State-owned Forestry Region Based on DEA Mode
The biomass energy source being one kind of the renew able energy source,its development is advantageous to alleviate ever increasing serious energy crisis. There is distinctive superiority and the potential in developing bi omass energy resources in our state-owned forestry re gions. To further impel developing biomass energy source in the regions,taking the Heilongjiang state-owned for estry regions as the empirical study object,this article constructs appraisal system of developing biomass energy source based on the DEA mode in the Heilongjiang re gions,from the angle of view of input and output effi ciency evaluation and carries on the appraisal analysis to developing biomass energy sources degree in Hei longjiang state-owned forestry region in order to provide the policy-making support for developing biomass energy source.
