A Comparative Analysis of Supply Chain Procurement and Traditional Procurement

摘要：

Procurement operation is one of the important links in business operations management,because the cost incurred in the procurement is an integral part of the important costs in business production costs,and this cost is one of the areas in which cost is to be reduced in bus iness. In the present paper,a comparative method is a dopted to analyze the different characteristics of supply chain procurement and traditional procurement,to point out that the supply chain procurement improves the rela tions with suppliers,to reduce the operations in the traditional procurement that bring no value added,which is therefore an important method for enterprises to reduce their costs and increase their benefits.
