Occupancy of the New Urban Environment for the Investment Based on the Principle of Factor Analysis
With the intense competition,many investors’strategies are turning to the west,north-east areas which have a certain economic strength and convenient transportation. At the same time,many confusions of the invest ment strategy are emerged such as selecting the invest ment region or the city,analyzing the economic environ ment,etc. Firstly this article on this issue introduces the urban competitiveness model and method. And then se lected Jiangsu and Anhui Provinces’major cities as an example,it adopts the principle of factor analysis method on these cities’economic indicators and compares them,which provide a frame of reference for investment decision-making and realize the resources optimized disposition for the enterprise and the society.
