Research of Occupational Stress and its Influencing Factors on Metro Drivers
The objective of this study was to determine the occupational stress status of Beijings metro drivers and establish the norm of occupational stress. A further objective was to investigate the influencing factors of occupational Stress on individual characteristics, WAI and SCL-90. Result showed that OSI-R reached a set standard of reliability and validity in metro drivers, and high occupational stress could cause significant decreased in WAI, but had no relationship with SCL-90.
