Analysis on the Relationship between Interdisciplinary and Graduates Innovation Ability

Whether interdisciplinary training model can improve post-graduate innovation ability effectively? Results of our research indi cate that there is an obvious relation between the cross-disciplinary knowledge and postgraduate innovation ability. Accordingly, this paper, based on the analysis of the current level of postgraduate research ability and the training model implemented in colleges and universities, tries to solve the problem how to improve the post-graduates innovation ability from the aspect of cross-disciplinary training model.
