Procedural Rationality Basis of Financial Order in Enterprises --Based on a Questionnaire Survey

摘要：

This paper argues that enterprise operation follows the spontaneous order.The upgrading of companys financial order level is based on procedural rationality. Procedural rationality provides support for the promotion of corporate financial order in three levels: structure rationality, process rationality and behavioral rationality.The paper veri fies those views by conducting questionnaire survey and drawing corre sponding conclusions.
