An Innovative Research on the Valuation of Enterprise Based on EVA
Economic value-added (EVA) is not only the fashiona ble and important index which is used to evaluate the operation and man agerial skill of overseas enterprise in recent years, but also has been in troduced into valuation field to evaluate enterprise value. Compared with the method of discounted free cash flow (FCF), the method of enter prise valuation based on EVA has not only the same evaluation result, but also two more advantages: relating to enterprise value, and easy to calculate and examine actual value effect.
