Reliability Analysis of 100MN Multi Way Die Forging Water Presss Computer Control System

摘要：

This paper analyzed the reliability of 100MN multi way die forging water presss computer control system by means of fault tree, and established the model of the fault tree of the control system, then calculated the mean time between fault( MTBF) of the system; to deal with the less reliability part ,this paper afford improving means by changing the system structure and enhance redundant of key subsystem to ensure water press running safely and reliably.
