Study on the Application of Dynamic Balanced Scorecard in the Service Industry

In order to solve the short-sighted problem in the service industry and help the enterprises of the service industry to carry though their performance management and strategic management effectively, considering the relativity between the balanced scorecard and the service-profit chain in the service industry, this paper introduces the balanced scorecard into the service industry. In view of the balanced scorecards lack at dynamics in the practical implementations, system dynamics is used to build a dynamic balanced scorecard simulation model for the service industry. Simulate and observe the changing inner and outer environment in various phrases, analyze and compare the long term results and the short ones. Sequentially provide quantitative attestation for the decision of the enterprises. Support the enterprises performance management and strategic management dynamically.
