The CRM-oriented Research of Enterprise Strategic Early-warning
The increasingly fierce competition of modern enterprises display in a greater degree of performance for the customer and the effective realization of life-time value of the customer. In the face of inevitable crisis of the enterprises currently, this paper raises a CRM-oriented system model of Enterprise Strategic Early-warning and analyses its concept, attribute, management model and System Components. Finally, we make the simulation of the model with BP algorithm and have good results for warning.
