STUDY ON JOINT ALLOCATION OF MULTI-WATER RESOURCES FOR THE SMALL WATERSHED IN THE LOESS HILL AND GULLY REGION

On basis of analysis of landscape features,water features,water resource use actualities and production and operation modes,necessity of optimal allocation of water resources for the small watershed was pointed in the paper.Xiannangou was selected as a typical area in the study.Regional water resources were evaluated and the problems in water resource utilization and allocation in the area were analyzed.According to water features,landscape features,production and operation modes and demand of water resources,conjunctive use and allocation of conventional and unconventional waters resources was studied and joint allocation model of multi-water resources was established,which is appropriate for the region.Through the analysis of allocation scheme configuration,coordination of social development.and benefits of water consumption,the results show that:allocation stmcture is reasonable;benefit is remarkable(integrated efficiency is 1.22 times than before);and allocation scheme contribute to coordination development of society.
