THE CONSTRUCTION MODE OF GROUNDWATER RESERVOIR UTILIZED OF RAIN AND FLOOD WATER, AND ITS DEVELOPMENT PROSPECT IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

摘要：

The water resource is very scanty in Shandong province, and the overexploitation of groundwater was serious. This raised many serious problems, such as the regional groundwater lowering, the ground subsidence and the Sea Water Invasion. So that, in allusion to the characteristic of concentrated rainfall and low utilization rate of storm floods in flood season in Shandong province, the underground reservoir using the fast recharge technology could be built to increase water supply and improve the water shortage , ecological environmental conditions and the utilization rate of water resources in the reservoir zone. The local economic construction could also get effectively supporting.
