THE PROPERTYS AND WAYS AND PRACTICE IN THE REUTILIZATION, OF SUBSTRATE SLUDGE IN THE RIVER AND RESERVOIR
The Pearl River Delta water system consists of Dongjiang ,Xijiang and Beijiang rivers. The delta belongs to plain river network region and has a gentle slope. The river network channels crisscrosses, connects each other, and the current is complex. Along with the development of industry and urbanization in the Pearl River Delta region, a large quantity of urban rivers have been polluted seriously by the industrial waste water and domestic sewage discharged into the river in recent years. The deterioration of water quality in the river made an adverse impact on water-supply source, water environment and ecosystem. In the meantime, eutrophication also appeard in most reservoirs of the Pearl River Delta region and have threatened the safety of drinking water.
